Shipping Policy

Like everything we do at ManSoap, we try and use the least environmentally impactful shipping methods possible.  In fact, we would love you to get our products from our amazing network of Stockists as your first choice.  

We know that isn’t always possible though so do offer Canada Post shipping.  ManSoap offers $5.00 flat fee shipping in Canada, and if your order is over $39.00 you get free shipping!

We also offer Store Pickup. Please note, if you choose Store Pickup, do not come to pickup until your order has been fulfilled. You will receive an email when your order is prepared for pickup.

Order Processing

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed you will receive an email.  This email will be the link to updates about your specific order.  As we process your order and ship it out, you will receive an updated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed until you receive your tracking number.  
If you have not received your tracking number after 3 days, please ensure your check your SPAM filter.  Still no email?  Get in touch with us at and we’ll get back to you right away.

Exchange Policy

Sometimes a product just isn’t what you were expecting.  We get it.  ManSoap has a 30 day exchange policy.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.  Please reach out to us by email at so we can chat with you and ensure we do everything possible to make your experience excellent.

Once we have approved your exchange, you will receive an RMA number and our shipping address.  Please ship back with tracking and insurance, providing us the tracking number.  When we have received your items back in unused, original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If approved for an exchange, we will get it out in the mail to you right away and send you the new tracking info.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
